I'm Morven, a passionate yoga teacher, bringing my love for the practice together with my training as a nutritionist! I like to take a holistic approach when it comes to our health & well-being, where we can investigate our emotional attachment to food and maybe incorporate some yoga! Why, might you ask? Yoga can help support healthy eating habits, support digestion, immunity, energy and relaxation by reducing stress and promoting mindfulness. Yoga can help you become more attuned to your body, and really listen to what it is your body needs, rather than what it wants, but there is a balance, and we also want to give our body what it wants some of the time. I don’t intend to strip out all the food you enjoy but work with you to add in more nutritional value, so you can be the healthiest and happiest version of you!
I cater to all dietary requirements, so whether you are a meat eater, vegetarian, vegan, gluten or lactose intolerant, we can work together to find the best nourishment for you.
I’m also passionate about working with women in particular who might suffer from hormonal issues, such as PMS, PMDD and menopause. We all go through this stage in life ladies, and did anyone ever tell us how hard this could potentially be? Nutrition & yoga can be a great way to help manage symptoms!
