It took me some time to realize that my mind was responsible for my thoughts, beliefs and actions. Without a healthy mind, I find it hard to positively focus on other aspects of myself and my life. Therefore, I make sure my mind is nurtured by meditating, getting enough sleep and taking time out. Taking time out for me means, having a bat

It took me some time to realize that my mind was responsible for my thoughts, beliefs and actions. Without a healthy mind, I find it hard to positively focus on other aspects of myself and my life. Therefore, I make sure my mind is nurtured by meditating, getting enough sleep and taking time out. Taking time out for me means, having a bath, switching off from social media or sometimes saying no to things. Anything that allows me to be with myself, as much as I like to socialize, I also really enjoy spending time alone. I feel this is something we should all appreciate.

Our bodies are what carry us through life physically, so I believe that we should cherish them. Good nutrition and movement are important to me, and is essential for a healthy body, but it also elevates your mood, relieves stress and helps maintain brain health. Our bodies are what carry us through life physically, so I believe that we should cherish them. Good nutrition and movement are important to me, and is essential for a healthy body, but it also elevates your mood, relieves stress and helps maintain brain health. Don't look at exercise as a chore, do something you enjoy! Whether this is going to the gym, yoga practice, hiking or going for a walk. I personally found a love for Yoga and when you find something you are passionate about, consistency is easy. I love food, I like to fuel my body with as many whole foods as possible but I also enjoy the sweeter things in life, its all about balance!

What is your soul? I've never really been able to put it into exact words but to me, it's the essence of who you truly are. It could be connected to your intuition, you can't see it but it exists deep inside you! My soul is happiest when I spend time with loved ones, time spent in nature, practicing gratitude or connecting with something 

What is your soul? I've never really been able to put it into exact words but to me, it's the essence of who you truly are. It could be connected to your intuition, you can't see it but it exists deep inside you! My soul is happiest when I spend time with loved ones, time spent in nature, practicing gratitude or connecting with something greater than yourself, for some this could be religion or spirituality. I also feel that we could be more compassionate towards ourselves, this is something I have struggled with but the more you cut yourself some slack, you will definitely start to see the benefits. 

The mind-body-soul connection are all linked, and key to the happiest & healthiest version of you!
